Hi Parents,

Today we are going to be headed, by charter bus, to the zoo. Because we want to get a somewhat early start on the day, we have purchased plain and blueberry bagels for the kids to have snacks with or without cream cheese (low-fat of course). This is a full day and, fortunately, we know the zoo quite well and there are plenty of shady areas plus indoor exhibits we can visit and organize our trip according to the demands of the weather. We will be having lunch, most likely at the Gorilla Café, which is indoors and well air-conditioned.

Many of your kids are bringing in LUNCH Point certificates and that's great. We expect to return to the office around 4 PM and will continue with the conversational animation project related to the July 4 holiday we began two meetings ago.

Additional Notes: The parent webinar was moved to Thursday evening. Please let me know if you cannot find your registration link if you have not already signed up for it. Also, there will be a drop in parent meeting this Saturday from 10 AM until 12 noon. You should have received an invitation for this as well.

The orientation from last weekend was recorded and will be posted by the end of the day tomorrow. You will be able to access it through the parent portal.
